    House Rules

  • No events, pets, or smoking are allowed.
  • Children age 0-17 are allowed.
  • Thermostat is located in the upstairs bedroom. Please do not lower temp setting below 69 in the summer.
  • There is a cleaning fee of $150 regardless of the length of stay.
  • You will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your party during your stay.


    • Check-Out Instructions

  • All guests are required to check-out before 10:00am.
  • Load the dishwasher.
  • Strip any used beds and gather used towels.
  • Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash.
  • Turn off the lights and lock the doors.


    • Parking

  • Parking is managed through VRP Access. Parking costs $50 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 vehicles.
  • Parking under the condo is reserved for owners.
